Troy Funk relocated to Scottsdale Arizona from Illinois after completing his Bachelor's degree. His goals and ambitions with his move to Arizona were to pursue his real estate career. At a young age, Troy has had many accomplishments. He is the CEO and Founder of Team CND and CutNDeals. Both organizations focus on working with lenders, working with investors and wholesale and short sales transactions. Troy has successfully assembled a dynamic team of sales professionals working in all areas of real estate. Troy and his partner, Kathy Brown are proud of their Luxury Sales team, The Scottsdale Realty Team. The team focuses on Luxury Property in the cities of Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. The Scottsdale Real Estate Team prides itself on customer service and local area expertise. Most of the team resides in Scottsdale or have lived in Scottsdale all their lives.

Since 2005, Troy and his team I have been a party to 200 plus transactions every year. Due to the large amount of business, Troy's team is extremely well rounded and able to handle all types of transactions and situations. Troy has been an agent with Keller Williams Realty Platinum for the past couple of years. His affiliation with Keller Williams has been a part of his growth in expanding his business and colleagues nationwide. Troy has earned Triple Platinum rankings for Keller Williams Realty International multiple times and has been in the top 1% for West USA Realty prior to joining Keller Williams.

Troy gives back to the community on a daily basis. Every day, Troy and his team are helping homeowners find ways to remain in their homes during tough economic times. Troy donates homes to those in desperate need. He and his organization are large supporters of "The Christmas Wish Foundation" and many other local charities. Troy and his wife Britany are excited about the arrival of their new baby boy this year.
